ADOPT THE FY14 TENTATIVE BUDGET RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION 13-1546 ADOPTING THE TENTATIVE ESTIMATES OF THE AMOUNTS REQUIRED FOR THE PUBLIC EXPENSE FOR THE CITY OF GOODYEAR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2013-14 ADOPTING A TENTATIVE BUDGET; SETTING FORTH THE RECEIPTS AND THE AMOUNTS ESTIMATED AS COLLECTIBLE FOR THE PREVIOUS FISCAL YEAR; THE AMOUNT PROPOSED TO BE RAISED BY DIRECT PROPERTY TAXATION FOR THE VARIOUS PURPOSES; GIVING NOTICE OF THE TIME FOR HEARING TAXPAYERS; FOR ADOPTING OF BUDGET AND FIXING THE TAX LEVIES.
