LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH PALM VALLEY V COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION RECOMMENDATION: Approve License Agreement with Palm Valley V Community Association to maintainTrianda Terrace monument sign located near Westview Drive and 152nd Avenue. PURPOSE: The temporary non-exclusive License Agreement will allow Palm Valley Phase V Community Association to access the property, for the sole purpose of maintaining the Monument sign.
