IGA AMENDMENT WITH THE MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION 13-1551 APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (IGA) WITH THE MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT THE INTENT OF THE IGA. PURPOSE: Approving the amendment to the IGA with the Maricopa County Library District (MCLD) will allow the City to move forward with the design, construction and furnishing of the new Library facility for the City.
