REPLAT FOR PEBBLECREEK PHASE II UNIT 43A FOR LOTS 20, 25-29, 38 AND 76 AND TRACTS A AND D RECOMMENDATION: Approve the replat for PebbleCreek Phase II Unit 43A for Lots 20, 25-29, 38, 76 and Tracts A and D generally located at the southwest corner of Sarival Avenue and Indianola Avenue within the PebbleCreek Phase II Planned Area Development (PAD), subject to the stipulations set forth in the General Notes of the final plat and subject to additional stipulations. PURPOSE: The final plat for Unit 43A was approved by the City Council on August 27, 2012. The requested replat for Unit 43A will affect Lots 20, 25-29, 38, 76 and Tracts A and D. The purpose of the replat is to add open space to the subdivision and revise the roadway access to the adjacent unit to the north. The replat for Unit 43A is consistent with the land use, development standards, and density approved for this unit by the PebbleCreek Phase II PAD.
