APPOINT A COUNCILMEMBER TO THE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES SUBCOMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Appoint a member of the Council to the Council Subcommittee for Boards, Commissions and Committees, to replace deceased Councilmember Gary Gelzer. PURPOSE: The Mayor and Council serve on a variety of committees and boards that reflect the City's interests. The Council Subcommittee for Boards, Commissions and Committees consists of three Councilmembers. Councilmembers Campbell, Stipp and Gelzer were last appointed to the Subcommittee. The passing of Councilmember Gelzer created a vacancy on the Committee and it is necessary to appoint a replacement. (Rob Bohr, Assistant to the Mayor)
