MAP OF DEDICATION FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH LA MAROMA DRIVE, WEST MACKENZIE DRIVE AND WEST CAMPBELL AVENUE WITHIN THE SEDELLA PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT RECOMMENDATION: Approve the map of dedication (MOD) for portions of North La Maroma Drive, West Mackenzie Drive and West Campbell Avenue within the Sedella Planned Area Development (PAD). PURPOSE: By this MOD, the property owner is dedicating the rights-of-way and public utility easements required to construct portions of North La Maroma Drive, West Mackenzie Drive and West Campbell Avenue within the Sedella PAD.
