INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF AVONDALE FOR ENGINEERING INSPECTION SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION 13-1537 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF AVONDALE FOR CITY OF GOODYEAR STAFF TO PERFORM ENGINEERING INSPECTION SERVICES IN THE CITY OF AVONDALE FOR COMPENSATION IDENTIFIED IN THE AGREEMENT; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PURPOSE: This agreement defines the responsibilities of the City of Goodyear and City of Avondale for engineering inspection services that Goodyear will provide to Avondale.
