ADOPT RESOLUTION 13-1538 APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GOODYEAR AND CENTURYLINK TO INSTALL, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A CABLE SYSTEM WITHIN THE CITY OF GOODYEAR. PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is to review and approve the license agreement between CenturyLink and the City of Goodyear to install, operate and maintain a cable system within the City. The City Council conducted a work session to discuss the draft license agreement on January 28, 2013.
