USE PERMIT FOR CONVENIENCE USE - DUTCH BROS COFFEE WITH A DRIVE-THROUGH LANE RECOMMENDATION: 1. Conduct a public hearing to consider approval of a Use Permit to allow a Convenience Use (Dutch Bros. Coffee with a Drive-Through Lane) on 0.59 acres at 14160 W. Indian School Road in the Palm Valley Village commercial center located in a Mixed Use Commercial district of Phase IIIA of the Palm Valley Planned Area Development. 1. Open public hearing 2. Staff presentation 3. Receive public comment 4. Close public hearing 2. Commission recommend to City Council approval of a Use Permit to allow a Convenience Use (Dutch Bros. Coffee with a Drive-Through Lane) on 0.59 acres at 14160 W. Indian School Road in the Palm Valley Village commercial center located in a Mixed Use Commercial district of Phase IIIA of the Palm Valley Planned Area Development, subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: The purpose of this proposed Use Permit is to allow establishment of a Dutch Bros. Coffee shop with a drive-through lane on a vacant pad in the commercial center at the northwest corner of Indian School Road and Litchfield Road. The proposed Use Permit will provide an additional opportunity for Goodyear residents, as well as visitors to Goodyear, to obtain food and beverage services at a location that should not adversely affect adjacent properties.
