Approve a rezoning (Case No. 13-210-00004) to amend the Goodyear Planned Regional Center Final PAD to allow an assisted living facility on the southerly 5.13 acres of Parcel 12 designated for court homes located at the northeast corner of Pebblecreek Parkway and Virginia Avenue, subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: This request is for an amendment to the Goodyear Planned Regional Center PAD to allow the development of an assisted living facility. The facility is proposed on the southerly 5.13 acres of Parcel 12 located at the northeast corner of Pebblecreek Parkway and Virginia Avenue. Parcel 12 is currently designated for court home development.
