- Consider approval of accepting Change Order #2 to the contract with Sunrise Engineering to increase the contract amount by an amount not to exceed $15,000 to allow Sunrise Engineering to assist with the soil sampling for nitrates and nitrites and to assist with the Permit Amendment Application as required by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to resolve the Notice of Violation issued by ADEQ on September 29, 2021; and authorizing the Mayor to sign the necessary documents.
