- Council to consider declaring as surplus the City-owned 81-acre parcel located at the northwest corner of Houser Rd and 11 Mile Corner Rd and direct staff to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for disposition of the property for the purpose of new mixed-use commercial and residential development opportunities.
- Consideration of accepting the proposal provided by Sunrise Engineering, Inc. to provide design services for the improvements for the expansion of Sunland Gin Road and Arica Road; and authorizing the City of Eloy to enter into a contract with Sunrise Engineering, Inc. to provide such design services utilizing the City of Mesa Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, for a cost Not to exceed $525,000; and authorizing the Mayor to sign all necessary contract documents.
