- Acceptance of a proposal from Hellas Construction, Inc. for the purchase and installation of a new LED ball field lighting system at Trekell Park as identified in the FY 2023/2024 Capital Improvement Plan for an amount not to exceed $275,000
- Acceptance of the proposal provided by Ellison-Mills Construction, LLC. for the construction and installation of a new sanitary sewer manhole on North Washington Street between West 3rd Place and West 2nd Place through a Cooperative Purchasing Contract with the City of Casa Grande for a cost not to exceed $45,000.
- Acceptance of a proposal from PowerPhone for the Total Response Call Handling Solution for $48,238.20, plus any applicable sales tax, and $16,792.60 for the Tac10 Integration Implementation Services for a total pricing of both systems for $65,030.82. Both projects have been identified in the FY 2023/2024 Capital Improvement Plan for an amount not to exceed $75,000.
