Authorization to purchase a used Caterpillar scraper with an extended warranty from Empire-Caterpillar under the Arizona State Procurement Contract for an amount not to exceed $850,000.00, plus applicable taxes, for use in the City of Eloy Municipal Landfill to improve the efficiency of operations.
