Zoning Districts, to the September 18, 2024 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
- Conduct a public hearing and make a recommendation to the Eloy City Council on Case No. RZPAD2004-018.A1: Rancho Del Sol Brillante Planned Area Development - Milligan Energy Center. The proposed Zoning Map Amendment is to modify the Rancho Del Sol Brillante Planned Area Development to permit Solar, Utility Scale Generation, and Battery Energy Storage System Facility as an allowed use. Generally, the site is located north of Shay Road, south of Interstate 10 (I-10), east of Eleven Mile Corner Road and one-half mile west of the State Highway 87/Barrett Road alignment.
