- Adoption of Resolution No. 24-1593 declaring a public record for that certain document filed with the City Clerk and entitled “1st Amendment to the Rancho Del Sol Brillante Planned Area Development."
- Conduct a public hearing and consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 24-975, approving an Amendment to the Zoning Map, Case No. RZPAD2004-018.A1: Rancho Del Sol Brillante Planned Area Development - Milligan Energy Center. The proposed Zoning Map Amendment is to modify the Rancho Del Sol Brillante Planned Area Development to permit Solar, Utility Scale Generation, and Battery Energy Storage System Facility as an allowed use. Generally, the site is located north of Shay Road, south of Interstate 10 (I-10), east of Eleven Mile Corner Road and one-half mile west of the State Highway 87/Barrett Road alignment.
