Zoning Districts, Article IV. General Development Regulations, Article VI. Zoning Procedures, and Article IX. Definitions, modifying the development standard of all zones, non-specified conditional uses, definitions, and incorporating building height exceptions and related provisions and regulations.
- Approval of a proposal submitted by Sunland Asphalt and Construction, LLC for an amount not to exceed $125,000 for crack sealing, seal coating, and striping installation on Frontier Street between Toltec Road and Battaglia Road.
