- Consideration of Accepting the Proposal Submitted by Waste Management in response to the City of Eloy's Issued Request for Proposals for Residential Curbside and City Facilities Solid Waste, Recycling, Bulk, Commercial Collection, and Optional Green Waste Collection and Disposal Services and Rejecting All Other Proposals, and Authorizing the City to Enter into Contract Negotiations for Said Services.
