Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Lochner (formerly Armstrong Consultants, Inc.) for Design, Bid, and Construction Phase Services for the Eloy Municipal Airport Drainage Improvements Phase III project, in accordance with the FAA/ADOT FY2023–FY2028 Approved Airport Capital Improvement Plan, and as Approved in the Current Eloy Airport FY2024-2025 Capital Improvement Program for an Amount not to exceed $215,360.
2. Consideration of Approval to Accept a Proposal from Ellison-Mills Construction, LLC under a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Pinal County for the Replacement of Five (5) Drainage Culverts in the North Toltec Area at a Cost Not to Exceed $100,000 plus any Applicable Taxes and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Necessary Contract Agreements.
