1. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Eloy and Pinal County to allow employees of the City of Eloy Public Works Department to participate in the Annual Pinal County Safety Roadeo
2. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Eloy and the Eloy Housing Authority (EHA) for the continued provision of administrative services necessary to assist with the dissolution of the EHA and the disposition of remaining assets.
3. Consideration and possible approval of the Eloy Housing Authority’s recommended fair market value of $165,000 for the sale of the Eloy Housing Authority Administration Building to the City of Eloy and authorization for City staff to proceed with the negotiations of the property acquisition until the Eloy Housing Authority Board of Commissioners approves and presents a Purchase and Sale Agreement for City Council consideration and approval at a later date.
4. Consideration and Possible Approval of the Purchase and Installation of Two Fabric Shade Structure Canopies at Jones Park and Trekell Park, for a Total Amount of $138,860.69.
5. Adoption of Resolution No. 25-1623 accepting the Eloy Housing Authority (EHA) Board of Commissioners' Amendment to the Resolution approving the extension of the dissolution of the Eloy Housing Authority Board of Commissioners from December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2026.
