- Acknowledgment and Acceptance of a Sub-recipient Agreement between Pinal County and the City of Eloy for Community Development Block Grant Projects 30280 (ADA Ramp Improvement Project).
- Consideration and Approval of the Purchase of a Next-Generation Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) from DataWorks Plus, LLC, utilizing Arizona State Contract ADSP018-00008040 pricing at a cost not to exceed $28,000.00.
- Authorization to utilize Pinal County School Office 1GPA contract #22-15P-04 with Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC for asphalt products and services on N. Madison St. (W. 3rd Pl. to W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St.) and W. 2nd Pl. (N. Madison St. to N. Lincoln St.) for an amount not to exceed $105,000 as a portion of the Annual Pavement Preservation identified and approved in the FY2025-2026 City of Eloy Capital Improvement Plan Budget.
- Approval of Change Order to Veregy LLC in the amount of $115,000 for Odor Control Engineering Design Services for the Belt Filter Press at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
- Approval of Change Order to Central Arizona Irrigation and Drainage District (CAIDD) for Construction of a Security Wall at the Well 3 Replacement Site, for an amount not to exceed $125,000.
- Council consider and authorize the purchase of one (1) Ford F-150 Police Responder truck from San Tan Ford in Gilbert, Arizona at a total cost of $54,953.32 (including sales tax). This vehicle will replace a Ford F-150 Police Responder truck that was involved in a motor vehicle collision in July 2025, and was determined to be a total loss. Insurance settlement funds will cover the cost of this purchase
