- Consideration and Possible Action to Approve the First Amendment to the Purchase and Sales Agreement (PSA) with Eloy Community Development Partners, LLC and the City of Eloy for the Purchase of 81 +/- Acres of City Owned Property Located at the Northwest Corner of Houser Road and 11 Mile Corner Road.
- Discussion and negotiations of employment contract of City Manager, in order to consider its position and instruct its Staff and attorney regarding the public body's position regarding discussions conducted on City Manager employment contract, City Code and legal advice, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (1), (3), and (4).
- Acceptance of a proposal from MHQ of Arizona for emergency up-fit services for two (2) 2025 Ford F150 Responder Police Trucks, with pricing per Arizona State Contract # CTR078487, for an amount not to exceed $65,000.00, using funds from a one-time $200,000 State Legislative Appropriation to the Eloy Police Department.
- Discussion of legal matters/consultation with City Attorney, City Staff and/or the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding any matter on the Agenda pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (3), (4) and (7).
