2. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for the Administration of Final Design and Construction of the Battaglia Road Sidewalk Project (Eleven Mile Corner Road to Sunshine Boulevard).
3. Acceptance of a Proposal from Coro Medical/ZOLL, for the Purchase of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), using funds from the One Arizona Opioid Settlement Agreement, Earmarked for Use by the City of Eloy, with Pricing Per Sourcewell Contract # 041823-ZLL, at a Cost not to Exceed $62,000.00.
4. Acceptance of a proposal from E1 Audiovisual Technologies for a project to upgrade existing technologies in the Police Department briefing/training room, using funds allocated in the FY 25/26 City of Eloy Capital Improvement Project (CIP) budget, with pricing per Arizona State Contract (CTR075310) at a cost not to exceed $60,000.00. Furthermore, authorization for the Mayor or his designee to sign any contracts necessary for project completion.
