Consideration and Possible Action to Approve the Second Amendment to the Purchase and Sales Agreement (PSA) with Eloy Community Development Partners, LLC and the City of Eloy for the Purchase of 81 +/- Acres of City Owned Property Located at the Northwest Corner of Houser Road and 11 Mile Corner Road.
2. Authorization to Utilize 1GPA Contract #22-12P-03 with Phoenix Fence for Purchase and Installation of Automatic Gates at the Public Works Facility
3. Authorization to utilize Sourcewell contract #040825-CAM with Core and Main for water collection and control products for community infrastructure to purchase ten (10) fire hydrants in an amount not to exceed $40,000, as identified and approved in the FY 2025-2026 City of Eloy Operating Budget.
