- Conduct a public hearing and make a recommendation to the Eloy City Council on the following: Case No. GPA2026-001: City of Eloy General Plan Update. A request by the City of Eloy for a General Plan Amendment to adopt a new General Plan entitled “Eloy General Plan: Planning Today for a Stronger Tomorrow.” to replace the existing Eloy General Plan adopted on May 11, 2020, and subsequently amended. The new General Plan encompasses an irregularly shaped area of approximately 521.7 square miles, generally located south of Arizona Route 287, north of Pima County’s northern boundary (approximately along the West Angel Drive and East Kodiak Drive alignments), east of the South Ethington Road alignment, and west of the East Tool Shed Lane alignment.
