8. Discussion and Consideration of Community Outreach Funding Requests for Fiscal Year 2026-2027
9. Consideration and Acceptance of the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2026 High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Grant #HID2626G0731-2918 for the Continued Funding of a Sworn Police Officer Assigned to the Pinal County HIDTA Narcotics Task Force (PCNTF).
10. Consideration and possible approval of Case No. FP2026-008: Perez Replat, a request for approval of a 1-lot Final Plat encompassing approximately 0.2303 acres, located at 305 and 307 West Phoenix Avenue.
11. Recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (ADLLC) for issuance of a Special Event License to the Eloy Chamber of Commerce for a Concert in the Park-Two Steppin' Down Main Friday, November 20, 2026, at Eloy Main Street Park.
12. Authorization of Professional Consulting Services with Coffman Associates, a Pape-Dawson Company, for the Eloy Municipal Airport Leasing Policy, Minimum Standards Review and Update, and Rates & Fees Analysis in an Amount Not to Exceed $85,000

Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Resolution No. 26-1679, finding that the applicable criteria have been met, and approve a two-year time extension (Case No. CUP2024-002.E1) to the previously approved Conditional Use Permit (Case No.: CUP2024-002) to allow a Solar, Utility Scale Generation and Battery Energy Storage System Facility, submitted by Sean B. Lake of Pew & Lake, PLC on behalf of NextEra Energy Resources, LLC (“NextEra”) and various property owners, on irregularly shaped property containing approximately 2,237 acres.
