2. Consideration and possible action to approve the Second Amendment to the Amended Lease Agreement between the Town of Chino Valley and Yavapai County Community College District memorializing the extension of the current lease for an additional ten-year term, through April 18, 2035.
3. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement to Sketch Landscape Architecture Studio, LLC, for preliminary planning and landscape documents for three existing Town of Chino Valley parks for $125,000.
