An executive session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for the purpose of discussion or consultation with the Town Attorney and the Town's water rights attorney for legal advice, and to consider the Council's position and instruct its attorneys regarding a potential lease, and potential purchase of water rights.

10. Public Hearing regarding Resolution No. 2026-1314, relating to the Statements and Estimates of Expenses of the Del Sol Maintenance Improvement District for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, which shall constitute the budget of the District for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
