2. An executive session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for the purpose of discussion or consultation with the Town Attorney to consider the Council's position and direction related to contract negotiations for a new or amended Water Resource Advisor Professional Services Agreement.
3. Consideration and possible action to approve an intergovernmental agreement for the creation of and participation in the Arizona Child Abduction Response Team.
4. An executive session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for the purpose of discussion or consultation with the Town Attorney and the Town's water rights attorney for legal advice, and to consider the Council's position and instruct its attorneys regarding a potential lease, and potential purchase of water rights.
