Presentation and discussion of the development fee study update including the Land Use Assumptions, Infrastructure Improvements Plan and Preliminary Draft Fees. The City’s development fee consultant, Tischler Bise, will provide a presentation on development fees and the preparation of an update of the development fee study and implementing ordinance.
