4. Approval of a Change Order to the Yancey/Carmichael Park project for additional drainage infrastructure for the additional undercut and earthwork at Yancey Park ($28,490.00 is included in the budget ordinance)
5. Call to Order – Mayor Mat Faulkner;
6. Modification of Water and Sewer Rates
7. Disposal of fully utilized assets of the Police Department — 6 vehicles
