1. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;"><strong>Services Contract between the City of Fayetteville Fire Department and BOARDUP:<br id="isPasted"></strong>A resolution to award RFP 25-18 and approve a services contract with B<span style="text-transform: lowercase;">elfor</span> USA Group, Inc. to provide fire remediation services for one year with an automatic renewal for up to four additional one-year terms.
2. <strong><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Police Pension Fund (Number Change and Loan Authorization):</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br id="isPasted">A resolution to change the assigned Police Pension Fund number in the 2026 Budget, to authorize a cash loan from the General Fund to the Police Pension Fund for monthly benefit payments, and to authorize the Mayor or the Mayor’s designee to reimburse the General Fund when police pension taxes are received.
