2. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;"><strong>2026 City Council Rules of Order and Procedure:<br id="isPasted"></strong>A resolution to adopt amended Rules of Order and Procedure of the Fayetteville City Council for 2026.
