3. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;"><strong>Contract with Southern Brothers Construction:<br id="isPasted"></strong>A resolution to award Bid 26-25 and approve a contract with Southern Brothers Construction, LLC in the amount of $180,977.00 for the installation of a fueling station at the Fayetteville Police Department, to approve a project contingency in the amount of $38,000.00, and to approve a budget amendment.
4. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;"><strong>Crafton Tull & ARDOT Agreement - MLK Pedestrian Improvements:<br id="isPasted"></strong>A resolution to award RFQ #26-01 and authorize a professional engineering services contract with Crafton, Tull & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $114,376.00 for the design of the Martin Luther King, Jr Boulevard Pedestrian Improvements Project, and to approve a master agreement addendum with the Arkansas Department of Transportation.
