Hydro-Seeder Replacement for the Transportation Department through Vermeer Midsouth Inc.:<br data-pasted="true"></strong>A resolution to approve the purchase of a Hydroseeder trailer from Vermeer Midsouth Inc. in the amount of $45,523.00, pursuant to a Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract, plus any applicable taxes, surcharges, freight charges, title, licensing, and delivery fees up to 10% of the original purchase price.

  5. Phase 2 Design Contract with Kimley Horn for Safety Improvements on E. Joyce Blvd.:<br data-pasted="true"></strong>A resolution to approve Amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn & Associates in the amount of $810,500.00 for additional design services associated with the Safe Streets and Roads for All Project.
  6. Amend A.7.C. Consent Agenda of the Rules of Order and Procedure:<br data-pasted="true"></strong>A resolution to amend A.7.c. Consent Agenda of the Rules of Order and Procedure of the Fayetteville City Council to provide that the City Council may dispense with the reading of the Consent Agenda and approve it in a single vote.
