  2. <span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Award Bid #26-43 Hwy 112 (Poplar to Drake):<br data-pasted="true"></strong>A resolution to award Bid 26-43 and authorize a contract with Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $14,923,032.90 for construction of the Highway 112 widening project, to approve a project contingency in the amount of $125,000.00, and to approve a budget amendment.
  3. <span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Skid Steer Replacement for Drake Field Airport Through JA Riggs Tractor Company:<br data-pasted="true"></strong>A resolution to approve the purchase of a skid steer and additional attachments from JA Riggs Tractor Company in the amount of $104,064.58, pursuant to a Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract, plus any applicable surcharges, freight charges, and delivery fees up to 10% of the original purchase price.
  4. Phase 2 Design Contract with Kimley Horn for Safety Improvements on E. Joyce Blvd.:<br data-pasted="true"></strong>A resolution to approve Amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn & Associates in the amount of $810,500.00 for additional design services associated with the Safe Streets and Roads for All Project.
  5. <span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>RIMCO Scrap Metal Bid:<br data-pasted="true"></strong>A resolution to award Bid 26-44 to Rogers Iron and Metal Corporation for the removal and recycling of scrap metal items from the City of Fayetteville Recycling and Trash Collection Division in the amount of $132.00 per ton for a term of one year with automatic renewals for up to four additional one year terms.
