Public Hearing - Resolution Number 5517 to declare certain personal property as surplus and no longer needed for municipal purposes and authorizing the City Manager to take all actions necessary to trade in a used surplus skid steer to mitigate the cost of a new skid steer and to authorize the purchase of a replacement skid steer to operate within the Parks and Leisure Service Department
