- Ordinance Number 3232 - An ordinance to declare that the present condition of a portion of Pizitz Drive is in such state of disrepair that it endangers the public health, safety and welfare of members of the general public; to declare that the situation is an emergency; to describe the nature of said emergency; to authorize and direct the repair of Pizitz Drive without advertising for competitive bids or bidding pursuant to the authority of Title 39-2-2(e), Code of Alabama, 1975, at a cost estimated at one hundred thirty-seven thousand dollars ($137,000.00); to authorize and direct the City Manager and Mayor to execute and deliver a construction contract and any and all other documents necessary to have the repair work performed and completed
- Public Hearing - Resolution Number 5522 - A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase two (2) rifle rated ballistic shields for the Vestavia Hills Police Department and to reimburse said purchase through donated funds from the Sunrise Rotary Club and the Vestavia Hills Police Foundation
