- Resolution - That the City Council hereby authorizes Mayor Sherry Sullivan, on behalf of the City of Fairhope, to execute a purchase agreement and all closing documents related to the sale of the Property at the base of the Fairhope Municipal Pier (PPIN 15111) from the Fairhope Single Tax Corporation for a purchase price of $237,500.00; and allocates funding out of the Municipal Capital Improvement Fund.
