1. <div>Resolution - That Mayor Sherry Sullivan is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for (Bid No. 23-001-WA009-21) CR 33 24-inch Water Main Extension Project with a cost of $25,783.20 and to award Change Order No. 1 to Hemphill Construction Company, Inc. The new contract total will be $6,478,743.20.
2. Resolution - That the City Council authorizes acceptance of the grant award from the RESTORE Council (Bucket 2 - Water Quality) for the City of Fairhope SSO Mitigation Project (B2WQ-FSSO) for $820,099.94 with a City match of $278,834.00. This is for the purchase of 22 generators to be located at key wastewater lift stations to provide continuous public wastewater operations during storm events, and therefore, reduce the number of Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSO).
