- Resolution - That the City of Fairhope approves the procurement of the Annual Renewal of the VMWARE VSPHERE FOUNDATION 8 Support that is on Omnia Partners (Contract #2018011-02) with SHI International Corporation and therefore does not have to be let out for bid. The total amount not-to-exceed $33,860.32.
- Resolution - That the City Council authorizes submittal to the ADECA Edward Byrne Memorial JAG Fund in the amount of $50,000 with no matching funds required. The funds will be used to purchase necessary tactical equipment for the Police Department, including night vision, thermal vision and robot equipment.
