- Resolution - That the City of Fairhope approves the procurement of the Annual Renewal of CivicPlus Media that is on The Interlocal Purchasing System ("TIPS") (Contract #220105) with CivicPlus; and therefore does not have to be let out for bid. The total annual amount not-to-exceed $14,469.48.
- Ordinance - An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 1820 Section 5. Covenants: c) of Lease Agreement with Hope Community by adding the following language: Notwithstanding the terms and conditions of this provision, the Tenant may sublease certain portions of the property only with the express written consent of the Governing Body of the City of Fairhope.
