  1. Resolution - To award (Bid No. 26-046) to Larson Meridian Group LLC for Fire Extinguisher Inspection Services Annual Contract in the amount of $55,000.00.
  2. Resolution — That Mayor Sherry Sullivan is hereby authorized to execute a Contract with Jackson Thornton Advisors, LLC for Revenue Requirements Analysis and Utility Cost of Service Study/Rate Study (RFQ PS26-030) with a not-to-exceed amount of $86,800.00.
  3. Resolution - That Mayor Sherry Sullivan is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for (Bid No. 26-012-2024-PWI-023) Julwin's Plaza Project with a cost of $17,975.72; and to award Change Order No. 1 to R.H. Deas Building Company, LLC. The new contract total will be $450,373.86. Authorize Treasurer to transfer $17,975.72 in the FY2026 Budget from General Fund to Capital Projects Fund.

  5. Approve minutes of August 10, 2026, Regular City Council Meeting and minutes of August 10, 2026, Work Session.
  6. Resolution — That the City of Fairhope approves the award of the Request for Quotes for Labor and Materials for the Installation of Sand Filters at the Indoor Pool to Classic Pools and Patio Center Inc. for a not-to-exceed project cost of $72,900.00. This Public Works project will be less than $100,000.00, and therefore does not need to be formally bid out; and authorizes Treasurer to transfer funds in the amount of $72,900.00 from savings on Press Box Project at Majors Field to Municipal Pool Project in the FY2026 Budget within Recreation Capital Improvements; and authorizes Treasurer to pay the vendor 50% upfront.
  7. <span style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Public Hearing</strong> – Ordinance – Amend Zoning Ordinance No. 1253 - Public hearing to consider the request of the Applicant, S.E. Civil, LLC, on behalf of the Owner, Krhut Enterprises, LLC, for Conditional Annexation to R-1, Low Density Single-Family Residential District. The property is located at the southeast corner of County Road 13 and Mosley Road and is 43.6± acres. PPIN #: 24484, 109974, 113514, 234578
  8. Resolution — To approve FY2026 AIP Grant Application for Land Reimbursement; and that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and execute any necessary and appropriate documents, including grant applications and grant agreements, so that the City of Fairhope and Fairhope Airport Authority can receive funding under the FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP) for grant funding in the amount of $285,339.00 for land reimbursement. The matching funds (if any) required for this AIP Grant shall be the responsibility of Fairhope Airport Authority, and not the City of Fairhope.
  9. Resolution - That the City Council authorizes and approves the addition of one (1) temporary Fire Station Maintenance Coordinator position to the FY 2026 Budget to align with the retirement of the incumbent who will work with and train their replacement. This will be beneficial to the City as well as the new employee.
  10. Resolution — To award (Bid No. 26-041-2025-PWI-007) to Fairhope Building Company, LLC for the Relocation of the Henry Stuart House from 22787 US-98 to Flying Creek Nature Preserve with a bid proposal not-to-exceed $421,050.00, which includes a project contingency of 10% and a $30,000.00 contingency for MEP and Landscape Materials. This project is 100% funded by donations.
  11. Resolution — To approve the FY2026 AIP Grant Application for Fencing Project at the H. L. "Sonny" Callahan Airport; and that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and execute any necessary and appropriate documents, including grant applications and grant agreements, so that the City of Fairhope and Fairhope Airport Authority can receive the grant funding, acting for and in behalf of the Airport in Fairhope, Alabama so that the grant applications for this AIP funding opportunity may be finalized, approved, and accepted in accordance with applicable law and procedures.
  12. Resolution - That the City Council approves and authorizes the City Treasurer to execute the Medical Stop Loss proposal with Symetra Life Insurance Company for specific and aggregate stop loss insurance to be effective October 1, 2026.
