  3. 4 Also present were Roger Rendleman, County Administrator, Frank Lundy, County Engineer, and Brad Hicks, County Attorney. The Baldwin County Commission met for a work session (pre-Commission meeting) on October 1, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. in the Baldwin County Administration Building, County Commission Meeting Chambers.
