Resolution #2014-03 - A Resolution in Support of City and Borough of Wrangell Resolution #12-13-1290, Recommending the Operations and Management of the Tyee Hydroelectric Project be Transferred from Thomas Bay Power Authority (TBPA) to Southeast Alaska Power Authority (SEAPA). On February 6, 2014 Mayor Jensen and Manager Giesbrecht met with Wrangell Manager Jabusch to discuss the next steps in the transfer of the Tyee Hydroelectric Facility operation and management duties from TBPA to SEAPA. Resolution #2014-04 supports Wrangell's Resolution #12.13.1290 in its entirety.
