Drive Down Facility Bulkhead Change Order Request At the March 3, 2014 Assembly meeting, the Harbors and Port Advisory Board's recommendation to approve a change order to the Commercial Drive Down Project to provide for the engineering and construction of 120 feet of bulkhead to be located at the upland staging area was postponed until this meeting.
