- 94 9:14 a.m. Heidi Beazizo, Chief of Staff, stated that the Council has a need for two Executive Sessions. The first one is for pending litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for an estimated duration of five minutes, anticipated action to follow. The second is for a matter of labor negotiations pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(b) for an estimated duration of five minutes, for a total of 10 minutes. Extensions, if any, will be announced.

- N. WALK ONS
- 1. ORAL MOTION Councilmember Dunn made a motion to authorize and ratify the execution of a necessary settlement agreement and related documents by the Prosecuting Attorney or his designee for the National Opioid litigation with Kroger. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.

ORAL MOTION Councilmember Dunn made a motion to hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement in the amount of $125,000 for claimant Robin Murphy-Banks for the motor vehicle collision on February 2, 2022, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreement, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Peterson seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
