- 15.00 Presentation and approval of the Special Recognition of June 2026 as Elder Abuse Awareness Month in Lubbock County on behalf of the Llano Estacado Silver Star Board.
- 16.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding the Rural Early Literacy funding request by the Lubbock Area United Way pursuant to Section 74.601 et seq. of the Texas Property Code. The funds, as defined in the Texas Local Government Code Section 381.004, will be used to promote literacy programs in our community.
- 17.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding funding for the Lubbock Area Square and Round Dance Federation pursuant to Section 74.601 et seq. of the Texas Property Code. The funds, as defined in the Texas Local Government Code Section 381.044, will be used to promote the arts in our community.
- 18.00 Presentation and discussion on behalf of Ronnie Keister, Tax Assessor-Collector. Regarding the Venue and Short-Term Rental Tax collections.
- 19.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Purchasing Cooperative Membership Interlocal Agreement with Region 18 Education Service Center for 2026-2027.
- 20.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve revisions to the Lubbock County Purchasing Policy effective June 8, 2026.
- 21.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve the revisions to the Lubbock County Purchase Card Policy effective June 8, 2026.
- 22.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Mutual Aid Law Enforcement Task Force Agreement with the City of Lubbock establishing the Lubbock Crimes Against Children Unit (LCACU).

- 25.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action for the approval of the Better Safe Roads Program (BSRP) funding transfers in the amount of $215,990.36 for the in-house overlay of CR 7130 Project.
