Individuals who wish to speak in accordance with the City Council Rules of Procedure must sign up with the City Secretary’s Office. The public may to attend the meeting virtually; however, City Hall is available for those wishing to attend the meeting in person. A resolution (1) adopting of a memorandum of understanding(MOU)/term sheet between the City of Dallas and the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System that incorporates the key provisions of and proposes agreed amendments to the provisions of SB 1527; and (2) authorizing the city manager to execute the MOU/term sheet; or (3) directing city manager to continue to work towards the resolution of any outstanding issues concerning these matters. 25-1683A
