  8. 8 R55 Authorization for Contract with Baseline Contracting Inc. in the amount of $286,500.00 to secure a Contractor to construct/reconstruct ADA Ramps in accordance with the Americans with Disability Act and remove and dispose of sidewalk and/or concrete curb, located within the City limits, along with incidental work as may be authorized and required by the Contract Administrator. Three (3) bids were received. Contract shall commence upon full execution and shall cease on December 31, 2026.   9. 9 R56 Authorization for Contract with Granicus LLC in the amount of $270,329.42 to manage and support all public meetings conducted by City Council, authorities, boards, and commissions, as well as provide end-to-end meeting management services supported by a robust, fully accessible meeting software platform capable of handling agenda creation, document management, public engagement, and multi-platform live streaming. Three (3) proposals were received. However, one had to be rejected due to making modifications to the terms and conditions.
